Dr SID has announced he will tie the knot with his fiancée Simi Osomo on July 27, 2014.
The ‘Surulere‘ singer made the announcement on July 2, 2014 via his Instagram page. ‘On the 27th of July 2014 I say “I Do” to this beautiful woman #LoveMine my #LastBusStop’, he wrote.

The couple got engaged in Venice, Italy in August 2013. They held a family introduction three months later in Lagos. attended by celebrity friends Don Jazzy, Iyanya, Tiwa Savage and others.

Ugandan Pop Star To Be Arrested For Naked Photos

The whole of last week, Desire Luzinda’s nude pictures circulated on social media after the singer’s Nigerian boyfriend Franklin Emuobor intentionally leaked them to the Internet. According to local media, Luzinda has made defiant statements about the posts, but is now in hiding. The country’s minister for ethics has called for Luzinda’s arrest and summoned her to appear and prove that she did not sanction the release of the forbidden images. The ‘revenge porn’ images were reportedly released by an ex-boyfriend who said he, “Wanted to teach her a lesson”. However, he can be also charged with trafficking in pornography under the Computer Misuse Act.

New York Police shut down Davido’s concert

HKN Music hit-maker, Davido ’s concert was reportedly shut down by the in Brooklyn, New York Police Department last night March 28th. Davido is currently on his first ever tour in the States. The first leg of his tour was meant for New York but according to the Skelewu crooner the show was apparently too “packed” and the US Police had to shut down the concert.
