Arsenal's Forward Lukas Podolski is set to make his acting debut in a German comedy Movie

The former Cologne striker revealed that he'll star in a comedy movie titled "Macho Man"

The world cup winner said ‘The film will be shot in my hometown
Cologne, where I grew up and where my career
started’,
Goal.com quotes Podolski as saying
in a press release.

‘My scene takes place in the stadium and it’s
really funny, I think. I am curious to see the
result when I go to the premiere and see
myself on the screen’.

The movie is adapted from Moritz
Netenjakob’s novel which revolves around the
relationship between Daniel Hagenberger and
Aylin Denizoglu.

After retiring from football Lukas Podolski can take acting as a job because he has a flamboyant attitude.
