X-Men’ Update: The Weekend Box Office Belongs To The Mutants

 In between all those backyard parties and barbecues at the beach, Memorial Day weekend is a great time to hit the theater – which is why it’s one of the biggest movie-going weekends of the year.
So who emerged victorious in the battle of the box office titans? We had our suspicions yesterday, and Deadline confirmed them today: “X-Men: Days of Future Past” has totally crushed the competition.

Not only have the mutant superheroes bested the new Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore joint “Blended,” the radioactive monster of Gareth Edwards’ “Godzilla” and the shirtless wonder that is Zac Efron in “Neighbors,” but its projected $111 million four-day showing makes it the number 5 all-time Memorial Day opener.

By Akintunde Akindamola The 19 year old  once again warmed the heart of Manchester city fans and Nigerians as he opened the scoring 5 minutes into the game, which ended in a 1-1 draw at the Liberty stadium which has ensured City's place in the 4th position in the campaign, giving them a UEFA Champions League qualification next season. Chilean coach, Manuel Pellegrini tipped the young Nigerian forward to become a big name in the Citizens squad if he continues to improve on his performances. The Nigerian forward ended the season with 8 goals in the Barclay's premier league and added 6 goals to his tally  from other competitions.
